Teclen GmbH is an owner-managed company headquartered in Oberpframmern near Munich, with a small branch near Barcelona. We supply research and development laboratories as well as GMP productions in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors worldwide. Our innovative products significantly simplify aseptic and contamination-free freeze-drying (lyophilization) processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer consultation and communication
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations
• Order entry in the ERP system
• Master data maintenance
• Support for sales staff

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Proficient in English, German native or at least B2 level
• Excellent communication skills
• Technical understanding
• Willingness to learn
• Reliability and teamwork
• Independent and meticulous working style
• Experience with ERP systems or a willingness to learn them
• Proficiency with Windows and common MS-365 programs such as Outlook, SharePoint, Planner, Teams, Word, Excel

ADVANTAGEOUS:

• Other language skills
• Experience with international shipping
